Shipping Policies:

We usually ship orders from Northern California on the same day if order is placed by 2pm Pacific Time. Weekends/U.S. Holidays are Excluded.

If the FREE SHIPPING option is chosen, we will choose either USPS or UPS for shipping according to our shipping policies even if you chose a different FREE method. If there is an issue with us shipping with either USPS or UPS, either choose a paid shipping method or please note that in the Additional Comments/Instructions field during checkout.

Orders under 1lb. usually go out USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified in your shipping options page.

Orders between 1-2lbs usually go out USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified in your shipping options page.

Orders over 2lbs. usually go out UPS Ground unless otherwise specified in your shipping options page.

Orders over $200 in value usually require a Signature for security purposes.

International Orders usually shipped USPS Global Priority or USPS Global Express (recommended) to include better tracking.

*Attention all International Customers: While we have not experienced issues with sending our products to any countries outside the USA, please be aware that you MAY be billed for Taxes or VAT charges based on the value of your order, depending on your local customs policies. We have no control over what the taxes could be, or even IF they will be added to your shipment. Please be aware of this before placing your order, to avoid any hidden surprises later! Thank you for your understanding.

Having problems with your VaporBox or need further information or support?

Please include your contact information, best way to reach you, what kind of VaporBox you have, where and when you purchased it, and include a brief description of your question or problem. We will respond in one business day at most to your email.

There are some things that do not require the unit to be returned to us for resolution. If the unit does require us to take a look at it, together we will figure out the best way to get the unit back to us then we will provide you complete instructions for making sure your VaporBox is returned to you in a prompt secure manner. Sometimes it could be a matter of dropping it back off at the store from which you purchased it as they might have another unit to give you while we take a look at yours-- so please contact us via the ticketing system first and let us help you in a timely manner.
